Would you be perfectly okay and happy with going 3-4 weeks without sex from your partner?

Assuming everything is okay and on good terms. I have a high sex drive and my bf never initiates, only makes out with me once every 2 months, gives me granny kisses daily. And now we havent had sex in 3 weeks. The only thing keeping me going is my toy and porn, which i do not prefer. Then he had the nerve to ask my when we can have sex. Like sir, you turned me down the past 5 times i tried. Theres no passion right now. Yes ive talked to him about this before and i even send a text about the sex during an argument that he disregarded. Weve been together 2 1/2 years, and it wasnt the smoothest, were happy irs just the lack of sex that im not sure if i can handle. Im young and want it often, my ex was just as high drive as me, but my current bf cums fast and we barely do anything, it makes me want to out no effort into sex when were having it. Its just boring. I want a fiery connection, and this is sad to say and something im barely admitting to myself but this is one of the most boring sex ive ever had in my life. Is there any way to fix this? He asks me for back scratches every night, but cant touch me or give me the physical touch i need in weeks? I even have been giving foot massages. I told him “im not giving you a back scratch tonight” and he got mad bc of my tone…. Just almost over it. Seems like he doesnt care, wondering if i should move on.

Only sitch is if we breakup over this it will change many aspects of my life at the moment and id need to get another job to support
