Surviving postpartum alone with 3 kids??

Im currently 34 weeks pregnant with my 3rd. My other kids are 7 years and 18 months old. My husband has been offered a job that we genuinely cannot turn down but unfortunately his start date happens to be the day before I turn 39 weeks and hes being immediately enrolled into a course for a certification, for the job. Meaning he'll be unable to take ANY time off after baby is born. We werent expecting much time but we were hoping for atleast a week.

There is a chance if I go into labor earlier, hell just leave his current job a week or so early and stay home till his start date. (Ive had mutliple complications and was induced at 38 weeks last pregnancy, so theres a chance well be doing the same).

Either way, im looking at being alone with all three kids nearly immediately postpartum. My 7 year old takes the bus and will be in school during the day however.

Does anyone have any tips to make this transition easier? Unfortunately theres not much of a "village" so I dont have anyone who can come help either.
