Have 3 kids. No tubes...

I have been showing 7 signs identical to my previous pregnancies.. I don't have fallopian tubes due to ectopic pregnancy 3 years ago and my husband and I decided for them to take both tubes.. we were finished ;-)

I know there is a 1 in 500 chance of naturally conceiving at this point but I wonder if something else is going on.

My question is.. does anyone here have a tubligation or similar or know someone in a similar boat with any ideas?

I'm wondering if it could be a hormonal imbalance due to ovarian cyst or something.

Yes I know I should be seen but considering I am now 2 years separated from my husband and a full time mother of 3 my affordable insurance isn't so affordable as far as deductibles and Co pays so it's not an easy choice to make to be seen. Looking for advice before I worry enough to be seen.
