Can you get a positive before your missed period?? Anyone that did can you tell me your first symptoms ?

I didn’t get symptoms until 7 weeks pregnant. I started testing every morning starting at 8dpo and didn’t get a positive until the day before my period (13dpo)

Yes!! I have a lot of round ligament pain, felt like I was going to get my period but felt more intense since it was actually implementation cramps
