IUD odd period and discharge

I got my IUD in April, had the worst cramps for a week, with no period. After that week the cramps went away, but got a light period for 45days. Got a week with no period, than got spotting for a few days, then it went away.

After two weeks I got a light period with extremely weird discharge. My period is now quite regulated now and very light. But the discharge doesn’t go away, nearly everyday and too be honest it is embarrassing.

I don’t know what to do.
