Tingly achy limbs

Yesterday I was sitting on the couch. My left arm started feeling like it was tingling. I thought it was because I reached something high in the cabinet. Then it went to my right arm in my legs. Now today all four of my limbs are kind of tingly like that feeling you get when it's sleeping and waking back up.  they also are kind of achy and I'm freaking out that I have MS or something I don't know.  Nothing is numb. It just feels like they're waking up after falling asleep, but I can feel them and I can move.
