Sore/dry spot on boob

Ok looking for help. I have this spot on my breast. It’s just above my nipple. I thought it was dry skin at first then it got super itchy for a day then it didn’t bother me for awhile. I have tried using lotion or chapstick on the area but it doesn’t seem to go away. Randomly it will be itchy but then it’s fine 2 days later.

It’s been there about a month or so now. Not breastfeeding any longer, not pregnant. Doesn’t seem like a pimple or in grown hair.
