32 Weeks & Contracting

I just turned 32 weeks today and around 1 o’clock I started having contractions. I started timing them about 2 o’clock and they have been every 5/6 minutes for 45-55 seconds long. I don’t know what to do. My fiancé is at work and I don’t want to get my mom to come all the way to my house to watch my kids if this isn’t real. For the ones who’ve had a baby at 32 weeks how’d it go? I’m nervous this could be real since my last baby was born at 34 weeks.
