Not supposed 2 clean vagina, but BV??

I know we’re not supposed to clean downstairs with anything really, she naturally cleans herself. I suffer from pretty severe and frequent BV- multiple times a month sporadically (not only before & after period)

So my question is; can we use washes like Honey Pot Feminine sensitive wash? If our lady flower cleans itself on her own, why does reoccurring BV happen and how can I decrease the frequency of it? 🫥😞🫠🫠

Any tips or tricks other than the typical eat yogurt and take probiotics? (I take URO vaginal probiotic every day and use the feminine Honey Pot Wash, but it still occurs I feel way too often..😩
