Keeps on going soft !

Hi guys !

Basically me and my friend (boy) have been starting to hook up recently. Whenever we make out or do foreplay it’s really intensive and hot. Last night we attempted to take it the whole way and have sex. Everything was going good until when he was about to put it in me and went soft. Luckily we have that vibe where we can laugh it off but then we tried again in the morning ans the exact same thing happened. The first time it happened I thought maybe it’s because he drank a lot ans smokes but then I don’t know why it happened the second time? Do you think maybe it’s because of me ? Should I talk to him about it and what should I say ?
