Advice?

I’ve been with my boyfriend for 10 years (we don’t care to get married). We own a home but we’re in the process of moving when I come to find out he has 10k in credit debt. Our current house is pending to be sold. I have over 100k but he is very poor and can’t afford to pay it off. Unfortunately it has to be paid off to get the loan for the new house. I’m thinking I’ll just have to go get an apartment on my own since we’re losing this house. Feeling very betrayed.. thoughts?
