HCG not doubling at 5 weeks

I am extremely scared as this could be my second miscarriage this year. We checked my HCG levels on Friday and it was 978 and then again on Sunday and it was 1041 ! Hardly any increase. I just hit the 5 weeks mark yesterday. I do not have any symptoms of a miscarriage yet. My boobs are still sore and I get hungry all the time. Has someone experienced this slow rise in HCG and still had a successful pregnancy ? Need all the positive stories please. It’s hard waiting it out ! We had the first appointment last week and we saw a gestational sack in the uterus so not an ectopic. So worried right now ! Share your stories please
