Second csection question

I had my second.csection friday nnight at 9pm and then left the hospital sunday at 11am. They gave me the option to stay an extra day but I wanted to get home to my toddler. Since i got home i havent really had time to rest and my abdomen is in excruciating pain even with pain meds and over the counters. Should i get it looked at? I cam barely walk and getting out of bed is extremely painful.
