Contrave for weight loss

I asked my doctor for weight loss medication and she started me Contrave. Initially I wanted just wellbutrin. I lost 6lbs in first 3.5 weeks but I actually think its mostly due to a terrible stomache bug I got the 2nd week. I lost 10lbs in 1 week, I've since gained 4lbs back. I assume I was that dehydrated. I do feel less food cravings nothing major. I know I dream of a miricle pill which doesnt exist. I am hoping to start on a formal diet in a week or so. I didn't want to restrict after being sick. Anyone else successful with the medication?
