Pregnant with an iud?

Has anyone gotten pregnant with an iud? My period isn’t due for 6 days but a week or so ago I had pink spotting. I have also been dizzy the past several days and cramping on and off. These are all early symptoms I had with both my children- especially the dizziness. I’ve had the iud for around 7 months.

This is most likely just me being insanely anxious but I got pregnant with my son while on the pill so who knows
