Does this look normal

So I’m on birth control. I get my period the same time each month when I go in the sugar pills. However this month I started adderall and my period came a week and a half early. It’s been super on and off and the blood been old looking (dark/brown). It’s also kinda clotty. I added a picture of what it looks like. Not sure if it’s the adderall or just an early period? I’m gonna talk to my doctor but wanted to get advice from you guys too.
