Do hormones make you paranoid

I trust my husband but have noticed whenever I’m due on I have a strong urge that he is out doing the most to find another woman. My mind runs wild if his phone goes I’m sitting telling myself it’s a woman on the phone (usually I end up hearing some of convo and can hear another man so was never a woman). Then when my period arrives I’m back to normal.

Keep in mind I never vocally tell him what I’m thinking at the time I just let it eat me up on the inside. I also get panic attacks during this time but then nothing for rest of month. Anyone else? Any ideas cos I’m literally destroying myself and it always coincides with my cycle.
