Need motivation
I've pot on so much what in the last year it in reall I've got from a size 6 to a 10/12 I want to go to a size 8 at leas I've got fitness apps and exersize DVD'S but no motivation to do them eny tips on how to get my self moving ?
Everyone says it coz I'm happy in my relashingship and I'm content. But I so want to loss a bit of what to make my self feel a bit better as I think I look like a slob. I've been skinny cince I can remember and been so hard to get youst to the change eny tips pleas?
