Nexaplonon

I was on Nexaplonon for 7 years before I got it removed for good. I felt like the second time I got it replaced the symptoms worsen so I decided not to use birth control anymore. For me the symptoms aren’t worth it for my physical and mental health …after removing it I feel amazing. I’m at a point in my life, if I were to get pregnant it would be a happy surprise, my partner of 8 years has been wanting to start a family so our mentality is it’ll happen when it’s meant to be. I removed my implant a year ago and I still haven’t received my period …. This is starting to alarm me, I know a absent period is a symptom of Nexaplonon while your using it but to my knowledge it’s suppose to return after removal some women’s come back right away and some take a few weeks or months but it’s been a year for me and still nothing, not even period symptoms. This is starting to alarm me , before birth control I was regular every month, right now I’m in my prime fertile years. I wanted to know if anyone one has experienced this with Nexaplonon or anything similar? Did your period return? Also I know I’m not pregnant because I do test every other month
