Im at a loss for words

I take my birth control the same time every morning so pregnancy wasn’t on my brain but i randomly started bleeding 6 weeks ago and i am STILL bleeding. Even though i was pretty sure i wasn’t pregnant i tested anyway and i got a BFP i dont know what is going on with my body!
