My hormonal acne won’t go away

Question

I’ve been struggling with hormonal acne since I’ve stopped taking the pill and it’s annoying. It’s sometimes painful and itchy. Im currently using diffren gel, moisturizing and using spf. My doctor prescribed me doxycycline for 10 days and it did nothing. I’m also taking probiotic vitamins and hair,skin and nail vitamins. I have dry skin. I’ve been thinking about going back on birth control not because I want to but because it’s only thing that will clear my skin. It’s already been a couple of months and I have seen no progress i￼n
 the products I’m using. I feel like I’ve tried everything that people have recommended and nothing has worked for me. It is also leaving me with ugly red acne scars.

You might actually have to get like a night and days face wash.
Mary Kay Clear Proof Acne System Set. This helped me so much. My face used to look like yours but when I started using this stuff twice a day once in the morning at night in 2 weeks I saw a great improvement. It is pricey but a little bit of it does go a long way an entire set last me almost 2 an 1/2 years. It does get pricey but you can look for Amazon or even people who sell it sometimes those who sell it will give you a good deal for it.
Clean & Clear 2-Pack Day and Night Face Cleanser Citrus Morning Burst Facial Cleanser with Vitamin C and Cucumber, Relaxing Night Facial Cleanser with Sea Minerals, Oil Free & Hypoallergenic Face Wash. This is also another brand that y can go to a store like Target Walmart buy. 
One thing with both of these I use is Aquasentials Gentle Weave Facial Pad.   But you need to make sure after you're done using either product you're making sure you clean your base scrub pad extremely good. If you're not cleaning it you're just leaving it dirty and it's going to continue giving you problems.
Got to find out what type of skin you problems you have. Me My skin was so oily that I would have to find something that would dry my skin out but also help my face. Is two products extremely helped it. Like I get breakouts about every 3 to 4 months when I used to get them every month.  live in a state that the weather changes about every freaking day so my breakouts being every three to four months is pretty good.

I had the exact same Thing when I came Off the patch, no drugstore face washes worked, I ended up seeing a dermatologist, I had 6 sessions of salicylic face peels, your skin will purge but after a week you’ll notice it calm down, along with using salicylic face wash once a day and non oily moisturiser…. 4 months later my skin was clear, she recommended not using exfoliants as it irritates the skin, produces more oil, then your back to square one. Definitely recommend to see a professional! Hormonal acne is horrible! good luck on your journey! X

I FEEL YOUR PAIN 💯👌😭 I have had horrendous red acne that covers my whole face, chest, back and shoulders, for years now. I honestly can't even remember the last time I had clear skin 🥺 the one product that I've noticed really makes a difference with reducing the redness (if I'm consistent with using it) is Clinique Redness Solutions soothing cleanser with probiotic technology :) i use it after I use an exfoliator, plus it removes makeup too!
