Help me here

I was pregnant and had a bad cramping and pains and I started to see blood only no clots, went to the doctor and they took the urine to test if I was pregnant and the test was positive and went to the scan and they said inside me there’s too much blood they can’t see the baby and after went to gynecologist and she checked me with transvaginal ultrasound and sonar and she said there’s nothing and the results for scan it’s says incomplete miscarriage and when I took a pregnancy test it’s still positive?
