Early pregnancy bleeding story

I decided to share my story, hope it could help someone!

I tested faint positive at 10dpo. The same day i started bleeding (period like - medium flow). I was sure i am having a miscarriage. I went to my doctor, he said my Uterine Lining is way to thin, it is not good for implantation and i am most likely having a miscarriage.

3 days later i was bleeding even more heavily but i took another pregnancy test. It was way more positive Than the previous one. I called my doctor and he sent me to a hcg blood test.

My hcg was doubling beautifully while i was still bleeding for 12 days total - it was bright red period like bleeding with no clots - medium flow. I am almost 8 weeks now and still spotting every day for 4 weeks now.

I read many stories where they Find no heartbeat or the sac is empty after pregnancy bleeding. I couldn't Find any positive story so i was terrified!

I had a scan today, my baby is developing perfectly, we have a heartbeat but they still couldn't Find any reason for the bleeding. No haematoma, no polyp, i had a fibroid cut out last year it dissapeared.

We will obviously have a NIPT test at 11 weeks and i will update this post. But my doctor said i have nothing to worry about, i am 27, healthy, so probably the pregnancy will be healthy as well.

The last 4 weeks was the most awful and hard time in my life and i hope and wish for everyone who has similar issues to have a positive outcome! 🤍

I am over 13 weeks and in hospital now.

Last Saturday i started bleeding very very heavily with huge clots. I ran into the ER. I was 100% sure i had a miscarriage. There was blood everywhere.

Luckily the baby is ok! I had a huge haematoma and another smaller one.

I also have placenta previa, it can cause bleeding as well, so it looks like i have many problems now :(

But the baby is healthy, this is all that matter a now!

I have to rest a lot and go to ultrasound every week once i'm out of hospital.
