6 weeks bleeding

Since I was 5 weeks I’ve had sporadic light bleeding that lasted 5 mins then spotting. About 30 mins ago I felt a little wet and it was this on my pad (I never bled on the pad only when I wipe) then when I wiped it was light pink spotting now just stopped again. No cramping at all from the beginning. I called my dr last week when it started, they stated if not heavy & cramping it’s normal. Does this look heavy? My first ultrasound is in 2 days. Has this happened to anyone and had a successful pregnancy?
