Spotting?

Last night I went to pee and saw a streak of blood on the toilet paper. I looked into the toilet and saw what looked like 2 drops in there (magnified) and at 2:45am I was more than freaked out. Been there, usually know what that means. Wiped and nothing else.

Went back to bed with a heartburn feeling in my stomach and I was petrified. I couldn’t sleep. So I went to take a bath. I peed before and wiped and it was brown, genuinely a brown.. No more blood.

FF to 7:30am I went to the bathroom and still brown discharge. I don’t want to call my doctor unless there’s something to worry about. Anyone experience this? Is it first trimester normalities?
