Is this normal?

I am almost 6 weeks along I believe ( don’t know for sure yet, first appt isn’t until the 20th) and I have noticed that if I turn too quickly or twist that sometime I have sharp pains in what feels like my uterus. It’s usually fleeting and rarely lingers and there is no bleeding accompanied by it, but it sure hurts at the time. Is this normal? I have had some very mild cramping on and off that I attribute to the changes happening in my body, but these are nothing like that.
