Is it ableist to "pray for a healthy child"

Saw this conversation elsewhere. There was a discussion about gender disappointment and someone said I'm just praying for a healthy child I don't care what the sex is to which someone else replied that statement was abelist. They said wishing for or praying for a healthy child is ableist because it discriminates against children with special needs or medical needs. This person went on to say that praying for a healthy baby is just as bad as the sexism of praying for a boy and not wanting a girl.
