Really heavy periods for months with no answers

I’ve been having really heavy periods for months. Super plus tampons leaking after just one hour for two days in a row with large clots. 7 days of bleeding overall. It’s been like this since I had my son 3 years ago. I have pleaded with my OBGYN for help and they’ve done test, ultrasounds, and have basically told me “nothing is wrong.” Help. What do I do? I can’t even leave my home on heavy days.
