Does irregular period change ovulation date?

I had my first irregular period in a very long time. It was a mid cycle period that started on September 9th. This photo shows what my ovulation prediction week would be prior to my irregular period on the 9th.

Although after I update my period in the app it says my ovulation week adjusted to show for this week.

I know this is all a prediction and not set in stone. We can’t really say for sure when. But should I still just be extra cautious for sex this week?? I’m considering taking emergency contraception at the moment too
