Trying to concieve with a 23 day cycle?!

Is a 23day  cycle normal and would I have ovulated I have pcos and for the the last 4 months I’ve had a cycle of 19 to 20 to now 23 so my cycle is getting longer is this a good thing for our thoughts on concieving ?

You need to be testing for ovulation. Length of your cycle isn't a great indicator of ovulation.

Look into a book called “meals she eats” it’s so good for pcos and can help you learn all kinds of stuff about your body and your cycle and pcos and how food can be medicine and it’s help me with my hormones so much I use to have so much rage before/ during my period and that book has helped!!
