Rotisserie chicken from store safe?

My mother in law used Rotisserie chicken to make chicken salad- then refrigerated it, would this be safe to eat

I’m so glad you asked this because my mom bought one that was cooked from Publix and made chicken salad and I was freaking out after she told me because I wasn’t sure.

I ate everything during pregnancy because the risk of getting sick or poison is very low in general 
However I usually don’t buy cooked food from the store especially form self serve places because the chance that “non kitchen worker” or simply put it dirty or sick person touched  it  is much higher , plus the temperature how they store it or how long 
(Nobody talks about precut fruits but it’s actually very good place for bacteria to grow )
So this type of chicken is in general has more risk for food poisoning compare to cooking at home , but the chance is super low especially if you trust the store and know they cook it well and keep it clean and under proper temperature
