15 days late negative tests

Hey y’all so I’m 15 days late and have had multiple negative tests. Last night I noticed I have very little brown discharge but it hasn’t gotten heavier and still no sign of af. I’ll have super mild cramps that feel more like pinching in my back but nothing that feels like period cramps. I have a doctors appointment oct 3. But I just wanted to see if anyone else has ever gone through something like this….
