ANSWERS PLEASEEE! 14 days of bleeding

Has anyone experienced this? Period came early this month on the 7th (usually comes on the 10th). Period normally ended with the 7th day mark. September 14th,2023 it ended. Waited 2 days for sexually activities with my partner. September 16th,2023. September 17th I felt normal. September 18th’s morning, I started to lightly spot, yet I had dried like coffee grain blood come out of me ( never had this happen). Didn’t bleed that much until yesterday September 20th. Past 4 days I had brought blood for 2 pads I was able to catch my primary doctor yesterday he did draw blood for a pregnancy test. He said possible pregnancy/ miscarriage. I’m in no pain. A bit tired. I never been pregnant before. I have no clue what’s going on with my body. I have never had this happen. I’m not on any medications, I try to eat right. I’ll pick up a water bottle before a can of soda. I’m more so concern on the bleeding because it has been over 14 days now.
