Prozac (Fluoextine) no appetite

Anyone on or have been on Prozac and it made it hard to eat? Since I started it about a week ago my appetite decreased and I lost two pounds already from it. Which is bad for me because i struggled with gaining weight for years and finally got to a comfortable weight with myself and I’m scared of losing that. Is this a temporary side effect or usually something that’ll stay? I may get off of it.
