Am i a hypochondriac?

Question

At what point would you suspect you had a sinus tumor / brain tumor? 
For 2 months now I have had on and off pressure behind my right eye-sometimes a pressure type headache on my right side, sinus congestion, clear goop in my right eye randomly sometimes dizziness, runny nose in my right nostril. Usually all right sided. 
I’m paranoid.

I’d probably never suspect that to be honest. Constant sinus issues are quite common. Especially if you have any allergies. I’d sooner assume you have something in your home you’re allergic to. Whether it’s mold or something else idk.

I would have seen a doctor about two months ago to have it checked and would probably have ruled out a tumor by now which wouldn't be my first suspicion anyway.

I would never suspect a tumor. But if I was sick for an extended period of time, I would see a doctor.
