how can I fix my eating habits?

I’m not sure if this is considered an eating disorder or what but I hardly ever eat, I never feel that hungry and nothing ever sounds good, this has been going on over about two years now (since my first pregnancy) I eat maybe once a day.

for example the last three days:

1-nothing at all

2- bowl of soup and ice cream

today- nothing so far

I drink plenty but can’t seem to get myself in the mood for food, i’m losing/maintaining my weight. i’m stuck at 110 and i’m about 5’5
