Don’t laugh at me 🤣

Soooo I’ve had 7 babies. And I joke all the time about my butt deflating every time I have one but I think there’s actually some truth in that and it has something to do with your vaginal muscles or something idk. But idc about that right now because regular tampons don’t fall out of me and my husband doesn’t complain so 🤷🏽‍♀️ anyway my issue is I want my butt back 🥴 I’m FLAT back there yall. Like 90 degree angle straight down flat. I’m tiny anyway but I think I should be able to get my high school butt somewhat back! I’m 5ft even and 122lbs. I really don’t work out unless you count chasing my toddlers and up cleaning half the day 🤣 and I take them for walks but I don’t run or do any like muscle building. What do I eat? I don’t really like red meat but I like chicken nuggets. Lol. Should I get some protein shakes? What exercises should I do for back there? We took the kids to the zoo the other day and there was this girl there with a round thing in my face (not really she was in front of me with her boo thang though) and I was like damn I’m sad now. So help me out! 😊❤️
