Pain on right front side of head

I have had a cold / been very congested from my sinuses for weeks but recently started having pain on the front right side of my head and behind my right eye on and off. Sometimes in the morning when I’m the most congested it bothers me.

Have you guys had this happen? Not I’m paranoid I have a brain tumor and I’ve worked so hard on managing my anxiety and not jumping to the most but now I’m paranoid…
