Hip, pelvic and back pain

I went to the doctors about a month ago for what I thought was hip pain. Had X-rays done and was referred to pt. Who stated it’s tailbone pain .I started having pelvic pain and had an ultrasound done have two cysts but likely not the issue. Today I woke up in the with the worst back pain and tender to the touch just right of my spine on my lower back. It was so painful I had tears in my eyes. I contacted my doctor.

Has anyone had a series of painful experiences like this?

Also I ask anyone reading to wish me good luck and Health in finding the actual cause. ❤️
