Painful erected nipple help!
I’m 10 weeks 3 days. My right nipple has been erected and extremely painful for the last couple days. It feels like a lighting bolt hitting it if I accidentally touch it a certain way. It is really painful to the point where I can’t even wear a pad less wireless bralette. Even a t shirt touching it bothers me. Has anyone had this problem? Is there such thing as a numbing cream that I can put on it to give me some relief?
