Is there hope

I had a FET on 9/7 so based on that I should be 5w6d I had some spotting so they had me come in early for an ultrasound. We only saw a sac with a chorionic sac but no yolk sac or anything else and it measured 5w3d. I didn’t even know you can measure behind with ivf. I’m soooo worried as I had a blighted ovum a few months ago and most people on the Internet saw a yolk sac at this point. Is there hope?
