Condom tear ????

My boyfriend and I had sex and used condoms spermicide. Then we went to check the condom by filling it with water then I tied the mouth of the condom and pressed it, then there was a small hole at the end of the condom. After my boyfriend cums, the sperm is still in the condom. We were afraid of the chance of getting pregnant so we took plan B 30 minutes later. I used antibiotics for 2 weeks because I had boils on my thighs. Will plan B lose its effectiveness and will I be able to get pregnant? plus it was the second day of my fertilize window.
