Any nurses that can help me read my urine test?

I’ve had on and off bladder pain/discomfort when I pee. Today I have lower back pain and I’m worried it’s my kidney. I just had a OB apt though, and they didn’t say anything about my urine. Which makes me think I don’t have an infection?

But does anyone know if this last test looks normal? I have no idea how to read these. I wrote my doctor with my concerns, but they probably won’t respond till Monday. If it still is bothering me tomorrow I’ll go in. But what do you guys think? I’m almost 35 weeks pregnant if that means anything.
