A lot of Braxton Hicks at 20 Weeks

I’ve been having Braxton hicks contractions way too frequently, about 3 an hour for the past few days with maybe a few hours of a break in between each day during the early mornings but that’s it.

I went to L&D yesterday and of course I only had a small during the hour I was there but they said everything looked fine and cervix was long around 35-40 mm. I’ve tried relaxing, but they wake me up in my sleep (I had SO many last night) and drinking more water hasn’t helped either.

Has anyone else had THIS many this early on?! At least 15+ a day at only 20 weeks!
