When to test?

Period 9/1/23 and tested what I considered positive opk on cd19. When can I test? I have PCOS but have been on metformin for a couple months and not sure if my period will come next week or not. Usually comes around 35-45 days. I took a opk today and the test line was basically non existent. Went gyn other day for pain and have a cyst present that has to be rechecked in about 6 weeks. Thoughts?

Symptoms

Exhausted but having insomnia in the early morning hours.

Breast and nipple pain

Loss in appetite but when hungry nauseous and don’t want to eat anything.

No bloating like my period normally

Headaches

Skin is acting up on my checks and chin and even on my breasts.

High libido
