Any advice ?

I am a college student , and I have Medicaid but it is limited to only yearly checkups and birth control . I’ve have major stomach problems for the past year . I rarely have normal stools. I’ve tried everything including dieting and seeing different doctors but none of them can figure out what is happening and say I need to see a gastroenterologist. Due to my limited insurance , I don’t have the money to see one but I need to see one badly because this issue has been going on for so long and it affects my everyday life . Does anyone know what I can do about this ?
