Clomid without a prescription

So I have a question. My dr told me that clomid probably is the best thing for me. However I have state insurance until I get married in May and will be on hubbys private insurance. State insurance wont cover clomid and dr is afraid to prescribe it because he doesn't want insurance problems. Hr says its really cheap and I could afford it without the help of insurance but he would have to prescribe it and hes hesitant to do so. Im 38 and the clock is ticking. Would it be dumb to get a prescription online so hes not involved in anyway of giving it to me. Please no rude answers.
