Breastfeeding help
Hey all. Nursing my third baby who is one month old and I have come to determine that my breasts refill very slowly. Potentially related to insulin resistance. This is my third time around struggling to make enough milk. Has anyone dealt with slow refill rates and had any luck improving it?
