Anyone use this face wash before?

Does anyone have any experience with salicylic acid and acne, I recently started using this face wash and my skin is at its worse! I don’t know if this is purging and I should trust the process or if my skin hates it and I should not use this. Pls help!! I’ve used cetaphil for years but tried this for the first time recently. It is causing me lots of painful pimples and small bumps

Face wash doesn't make acne disappear right away. It can a while. Salicylic acid works better for some people and not so much for others.

Are you getting acne in brand new areas? Or do you think this is acne? That was just under the skin and is now just coming up because of the new product? If it's new acne in new areas, I would say that your face hates this cleanser, and you need to try something else immediately. if it's acne that you think may have been there under the skin waiting to come up and now it's just coming up, that's purging. I would say stick with it for a few more weeks and see if there's any improvement. Personally, the only acne cleanser that works well for me is a PanOxyl 10% benzoyl peroxide cleanser. ￼
