Am I pregnant??!!

I got my tubes tied 5 years ago. Since then I've been late once by two days and had two periods a week apart. But always started. I am 4 days late and no signs of even being close to starting. I normally have back and lower stomach cramps before I start and I've not had any of that... I'm getting a test later. But wanted some words of wisdom. Could my tubes have came untied? I had told the Dr to cut burn and tie but last year I was curious and called to ask what was done and she only tied them. I've got 5 kids and didn't want anymore but I am now worried. Words of wisdom would be great right now.
